Step 5. Strain the butter into another bowl, and squeeze out the remaining butter from the cheesecloth.

Step 6. Cool the butter for one hour. Refrigerate the butter until the top layer is solid.

Step 7. Lift the butter off using a knife. Place the butter upside down on a clean surface and scrape off any cooking water. Your canna butter is now ready to spread on bread, or use in baked potatoes.
